Shipping Policies

Hall's Delivery Service:

Halls offers delivery to anywhere in South Africa, however being based in Kwa-Zulu-Natal we offer different price rates for the various provinces. These provinces have been categorized accordingly:

Zone 1 - KwaZulu Natal.

For purchases of R250 and more, delivery is free of charge to anywhere within Kwazulu-Natal.

Otherwise, our standard shipping rate is R80 within the KZN area.

Zone 2 - Free State, Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northwest.

Our standard rates for courier services to these provinces is R350 (Up to and including 10kgs - additional delivery costs will apply for orders larger than this.)

Zone 3 - Western Cape, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape.

Our standard rates for courier services to these provinces is R500. (Up to and including 10kgs - additional delivery costs will apply for orders larger than this.)

Delivery of goods

Halls offers 2 (two) methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:

1) courier; or

2) self-collection.

All our deliveries are operated by Third-Party logistics companies and owner-driver operators. All deliveries are subject to that companies’ terms and conditions available upon request at sales@hallsretail.com once a third party is appointed to deliver your parcels. During the “check out process” you will see the applicable delivery charges on the Goods that constitute your order.
