Hall’s Flooring Epoxy – Solvent Based Twin Pack Floor Coating
Hall’s Flooring Epoxy is a high-performance, solvent-based twin-pack epoxy enamel designed to provide a hard, durable, and chemical-resistant finish for floors and metal surfaces. Formulated with a pigmented epoxy resin base and a polyamide curing agent, this coating delivers exceptional adhesion, gloss retention, and long-term protection in demanding environments.
Ideal for industrial, commercial, and workshop floors, it offers excellent resistance to alkalis, bleaches, dilute acids, and solvents, making it suitable for areas exposed to chemical spillage or heavy traffic.

Recommended Uses:

Concrete floors in warehouses, factories, and workshops

Application Instructions:

Surface Prep: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, or old coatings.

New concrete: Etch with 1:1 hydrochloric acid and rinse thoroughly.

Old or coated floors: Remove contaminants, sand, and patch repair before coating.

Mixing Ratio: 4 parts epoxy base to 1 part curing agent. Stir well and allow a 30-minute induction time.

Application: Apply using brush, roller, or spray. Thin with 10–20% Hall’s Thinners if needed.

Drying Time @25°C:

Surface dry: 2–4 hrs

Hard dry: 16–24 hrs

Recoat: 12–16 hrs

Recommended Film Thickness: 75–80 µm wet | 35–45 µm dry
