Hall's Concrete Stain Rust

Halls Concrete Stain Rust is an economical application which cannot peel or flake. It is meant to be used on concrete or any other ordinary Portland cement. It stains and leaves behind a desirable colour with a mottled finish. A sealer still needs to be applied to ensure the longevity of the product.
