Hall’s Floor Polyurethane – Next Generation Water-Based Acrylic-Polyurethane Sealer
Hall’s Floor Polyurethane is a clear, water-based acrylic-polyurethane sealer designed to protect and enhance wood and concrete floors with a durable, professional finish. This “new generation” coating offers excellent chemical, abrasion, and stain resistance, making it ideal for both residential and light commercial use. With a choice of silk matt or matt finishes, it seals and enriches surfaces while remaining environmentally friendly and non-toxic when dry.
Quick-drying and easy to apply, Hall’s Floor Polyurethane is self-priming, penetrates deep into timber, and resists yellowing over time, providing long-lasting protection against wear, spills, and hot tyre pickup.

Film Thickness: 50 μm per coat (3 coats recommended)

Overcoat Time: 1–3 hours (full cure in 36 hours; do not wet for 7 days)

Surface Preparation:

Wood: Sand and remove old coatings. Ensure dust-free, dry surface.

Concrete: Remove previous coatings and laitance by grinding or blasting for a porous, clean finish.
Maintenance:
For ongoing care, clean sealed surfaces with a damp cloth and, if required, apply Hall’s Super Shine to restore lustre. Re-sanding may be necessary if wear penetrates to bare wood.
