A water-based liquid coating that retards the set of the top layer of cement mortar in concrete. When subsequently washed off the aggregates are left exposed. Rugasol® -2-Liquid is used to provide exposed aggregate finishes in insitu and pre-cast concrete when an architectural finish is required.
